A: At this time, we do not accept custom orders.
Q: How often do you restock?
A: Due to the nature of how we get supplies, restocking time will always vary. Because of COVID-19, it may take longer for ingredients and supplies to come from our vendor(s). Ingredients and supplies are ordered on a constant rotation. However, we don’t have control as to how often we receive them, due to the shipping delays from the vendor. We are constantly working on restocking and having everything available for you all. Our products are made in small batches to ensure quality.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: At this time, we do not offer wholesale
Q: Are your products vegan/ cruelty free?
A: All of our products are cruelty free. Our lip glosses are vegan, but the soap is not because it does contain goat's milk and honey.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We take pride in packaging our products up in a way that ensures their safety. Once a package leaves our facility, we are officially not responsible for any damages. If you have any concerns about how a package was handled, please contact USPS right away.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance unless the wrong order was given to you. If you have any questions prior to your purchase or regarding a refund, please direct them to email@example.com
Q: Oh no! I gave you the wrong address! What do I do?
A: In the event that a wrong address was given, USPS SHOULD return the package back to our facility. In that case, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be proud to ship the package back to the right address once it arrives to us. You would be responsible for the $4.90 cost of shipping the package back to you.
Q: Are your products FDA approved?
A: No, our products have not been approved by the FDA

A: At this time, we are not. However, if we ever do a brand ambassador search, it will likely be on our social medias.
